The crisis triggered by the Coronavirus pandemic added to other crises already in force, including climate, social and educational crises, as it was necessary to adopt a remote teaching system in educational institutions. This work discusses EE in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, when classes began to be held remotely, and its main objective is to identify the perception of Environmental Education in times of pandemic among elementary school teachers. Methodologically, interviews were carried out with 10 teachers from elementary school II at the Valdemiro Pedro Viana State School, located on the Santa Rosa II site, in the rural area of Apodi-RN. The results presented indicate that the teachers participating in the research have knowledge about EA, make an association between the theme of the environment, EA and coronavirus; and, they use the tools available on the internet for their pedagogical practices. The field research carried out with 10 teachers from elementary school II at EEVPV, made it possible to understand the teachers' perception of Environmental Education in times of pandemic, and having as a guiding hypothesis that EE in educational practices occurs in a creative way even in the face of the difficulties encountered during this pandemic period.
