Abstract

This work addresses the topic of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) together with measuring the sustainability of organizations through indicators, considering the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainability as an instrument for organizations to adopt or create monitoring instruments. to be on the path to sustainability. The general objective is to analyze corporate social responsibility strategies or in English Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and how sustainability indicators can help organizations on the path to becoming sustainable. As secondary scopes, the purposes of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are verified to achieve sustainable development objectives, as well as analyzing the viability of sustainability indicators in monitoring organizations. The methodology used was bibliographic and descriptive, with a qualitative approach to demonstrate the synergy of these strategies in order to achieve sustainability. The method is analytical.
