Babaçu is the generic name given to oil palm trees belonging to the Palmae family and has been used as raw material in traditional communities settled in the District of Cujubim Grande, located 35 kilometers from Porto Velho, Capital of the State of Rondônia. The possibility of formatting a productive arrangement in the various districts where the abundance of palm trees enables a qualified business network if innovation is added is notable. This work is based on the Ecodevelopment Theory so, through the Case Study Method and compatible procedures, it addresses the state of the art in fundamental aspects, while proposing credible solutions. The results are preliminary, but they expose the basis for the main creators consistent in promoting public policies for inclusive development. Multiple advantages are foreseeable with a synergistic effect on formal tourism and commercial activities, extending the advantages to government coffers, with tax collections originating from the purchase of babassu derivatives. This task could serve as support in these constructions of business or government interest, as it encourages the construction of creators of sustainable local progress.
